Are China and many other Asian Countries (who now manufacture for the global market place) under the same high standards as North America to protect us against air pollution?
If they are not, doesn’t all that pollution go into the atmosphere? Doesn’t the pollution float up into the atmosphere and then follow the winds? Wind usually travels west to east unless you are under the equator. Say directly to North American?
I remember when Mt. St.Helen erupted, pollution spread very far and wide didn’t it? The ash and fumes went up into the winds. If we cannot control the pollutants coming at us from foreign lands, how can we, in the US and Canada, protect everyone on the planet from global warming?
