Federal, State, City or County Government
Is there anything in our daily lives that is NOT controlled with taxes, restrictions, protections or regulations by any of the above?
I, personally, can only think that it might be Air. Although, that might have a tax or regulation attached at anytime too! Or is it possible that Air isn’t totally free either?
I’m really curious if anyone can think of something. Answers and responses are appreciated!

My husband and I have given this some serious thought…and…we came up with only one…we can do our ‘daily do’ in the bathroom without being taxed and we can still make our own efforts to regulate it! unless the toilet paper police start to ration our paper….naw, they wouldn’t do that would they?

ROLMAO…… But you have to know that unless you go outside, indirectly it is not totally free because you are taxed, charged and regulated by your water usage when you flush! Maybe I should go dig a hole in the back yard?? Ya think? LOL

You’re right guys, BUT the key word in your question is CONTROLLED and ain’t nobody gonna control my ‘do’……
I just love these deep intellectual discussions:)

*laughing* so hard SG…… intellectual discussions are totally great aren’t they? But it is a fact we are taxed on the paper when we make the purchase. You are, of course, correct when you say they can’t control when the do will happen! Although with modern technology maybe they will restrict how much paper we are allowed to use. *chuckling*

Great discussion, all. Of course, they will focus on the “do” as there is a clause regulating it buried in the healthcare bill. Of course none of the congressmen have read it so how would they know? Ooops, I forgot they are just already too full of “do” to notice another tax, er, I mean “regulation.” Talk about getting regular! Just let them regulate the “do” like they “do” the Post Office and the Veteran’s Admin and the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the auto industry [cash for clunkers or dollars for do, you name it!] … should be verrrrry interesting!!

I don’t know If I said it already but …Excellent site, keep up the good work. I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks, 🙂
