I am currently selling at www.OnlineAuction.com. I was overwhelmed, Wednesday, this week, when I received a phone call from Chris Fain, CEO of OLA. I have spoken with Chris, asking questions, during the OLA Radio Show - http://www.ola-radio.com - hosted by Dave White of http://ecommerce-marketing-radio-network.com . But Chris caught me, so off guard when he called, that the first thing I ask was "how did you know my work phone number"? Lol 
Its not everyday that you get phone calls from company CEOs thanking you for being supportive and using their auction venue. He is so excited about our growing auction site that it becomes infectious. Many of our members feel the same way!
So on this note I must, also, mention the OLA-Radio Show that aired on Thursday evening 10/9/08. This past evening Dave White (our host) had a three way conversation with Chris Fain and Mo Ismail from Reliabid- http://www.reliabid.com/public/about_us.html . Chris and Mo discussed their new offering to the site and took questions from the phone in audience, as well as from the live chat board.
It is always exciting to hear about the new upgrades that are coming to the site. ReliaBid’s objective is to ensure that online auction sellers eliminate non-paying bidders and receive payment for their transactions quickly and consistently.
Sometimes, there are very tough questions to be answered about site upgrades, not all of these questions can be answered because the staff is working as hard as they can to get the occasional glitch ironed out.
